The city of Sheffield has one of the highest proportions of artists outside of London. The Sheffeel Arts Conference 2018 gave people an opportunity to come and use their senses to explore the city’s creative spirit and deep roots in social justice and faith.

This festival looked at what it means to create an ecology of hope through a set of talks, exhibitons, art workshops, live music and inspirational speakers. There was a chance to discover the history of arts in this steel city by delving into the past and finding out about James Montgomery and his legacy at the Montgomery Theatre.
